The Design Hub takes the risk out of your 3D printing purchase, with returns and exchanges offered within 14 days.
We dispatch parcels using Royal Mail 1st class standard, for ultra fast delivery.
Delivery Information
Delivery is available to the Isle of Man and UK.
Postage for printer components is charged at £3.50. Parcels will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class standard, which usually takes around 1 to 3 working days.
Orders of filament and printers are charged at £5 for Isle of Man customers and will be sent using FCX. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery.
Postage is now available for filament and printers to the UK. Items will be sent using FCX and is charged at £16 flat rate.
Orders will be packaged up and dispatched the next working day wherever possible, but please do allow up to 3 working days during busy periods. If you need an item by a particular date please message us ahead of ordering so we can advise on whether we can meet your requirements.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange any item you are welcome to do so within 14 days.
Please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving (or collecting) your item from us to advise that you will be returning or exchanging the item.
We would prefer that returns and exchanges are brought into the retail store in Ramsey. However, you are also welcome to post the item back to us if you prefer. Please note that we cannot cover the cost of return postage for any returns or exchanges.
Refunds will then be processed through the website within 1 to 3 working days. Please allow a further 3 to 5 working days for the refund to reach your account.
When returning or exchanging any item it must be in the original, unused condition. Should there be signs of wear or damage we reserve the right to refuse or offer a partial refund.
